Wild & Pregnant Pre-Natal Yoga

Calling all moms-to-be to join Katie from Life in Bloom Wellness for prenatal yoga. In this gentle and nurturing 60-minute prenatal yoga class, we focus on cultivating strength, flexibility, and inner peace, tailored specifically to the needs of the pregnant body. Through a combination of gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, we aim to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy, enhance circulation, and promote overall well-being for both mother and baby.

Each session is curated with care and understanding, offering modifications to accommodate various stages of pregnancy and individual needs. Together, we create a supportive community where you can connect with other expectant mothers, share experiences, and celebrate the miraculous journey of motherhood.

Join us as we embrace this special time in your life with mindfulness, grace, and empowerment!
