TRX YOGA is a style of vinyasa yoga that uses the TRX Suspension Trainer as a helping hand to make you feel safe to explore a deeper stretch, try new poses, and advance your practice.
WHAT IS TRX YOGA?
TRX was invented by a Navy SEAL to hone balance, flexibility, strength and core stability simultaneously. The strap gives you leverage against gravity to assist you in yoga poses while also working on alignment, strength and flexibility in your regular yoga flows.
TRX is a good tool to help both beginner to advanced practitioners get more closely in touch with their bodies and explore different types of yoga poses.
